UML newly-elected central committee holds first meeting in Sauraha



Chitwan, Dec 1 (RSS) – The newly-elected central working committee of the CPN (UML) has held its first meeting in Sauraha on Tuesday. The new working committee was elected from the UML 10th National Congress which concluded the same day.

The meeting has thanked all extending cooperation in organizing the National Congress as well as to the erstwhile working committee.

Devi Gyawali, the central committee member who participated in the meeting, said that newly-elected party chair KP Sharma Oli on the occasion directed the party rank and file to work with dedication so as to scoop a single victory for the party in the upcoming three tiers elections.

He committed to moving forward by further making the party stronger. Gyawali said the party chair has called the next meeting of the central working committee for December 11 and 12.

The UML 10th National Congress was inaugurated on November 26 in Narayangadh and it concluded Tuesday by electing the 301-member new working committee.
