Kathmandu, Dec 23 (RSS) : The Supreme Court has issued a show cause notice in the name of the Government in response to a habeas corpus petition filed claiming that prisoner Charles Sobhraj has completed his jail term as per facilities entitled to senior citizens of Nepal.
A single bench of justice Anil Kumar Sinha on Thursday ordered a requirement of a written response on the matter from the concerned authorities within three days.
