Janakpur, Feb 10 (RSS) : The Madhes Province Government is preparing to celebrate the People\u2019s War Day on coming Fagun 1 (February 13).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Honour and monetary assistance to the martyrs\u2019 families are the parts of the celebrations, according to the Province Government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is the first time that the People\u2019s War Day is to be observed in the Province which has been also celebrating the Magh 5 in the Nepali calendar each year as the \u2018Madheshi Sacrifice Day\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Former Prime Minister and CPN (Maoist Centre)\u2019s Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal \u2018Prachanda\u2019 is scheduled to address the commemorative event to be organised by the Madhesi Martyrs\u2019 Academy under the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, according to Ministry secretary Ram Kumar Mahato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
