Chitwan, Jan 18 (RSS): Vice President of the Nepali Congress, Dhanraj Gurung, has said that local-level election would be held within coming mid-May.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Talking to media persons here today, he shared that the ruling coalition parties have already made agreement over the issue of local-level election.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gurung added, “An agreement has already been reached among the ruling coalition parties in this regard. The decision in this regard will be made within a few days.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He opined that there would be no alliance among the five parties in the local-level election to general election, saying political parties should go for election taking their own agenda, ideology, policy and programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Leader Gurung said that the rumor of groupism politics taking place again in the party is baseless, saying President, office-bearers and central committee members are common of all after the election.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On a different note, he said that the incumbent government has become successful to make arrangement of vaccine against COVID-19 as per the people’s aspiration.
